My passion for photography began in 1995 when my parents purchased a MotoPhoto franchise located in Arnprior. While managing the store alongside my father I learned everything about the photography business including processing film, photographing subjects in our portrait studio, and selling products such as film, cameras, and framing. Unfortunately, the store was not financially sustainable, and it was closed.

Over the years I continued to photograph friends & family, always being drawn to corporate events. Finally in 2016 I decided to follow my heart and open my own business focussing on event photography operating as iShootEvents.
